• Financial information (payment details are handled exclusively by Apple)
• Browsing history or web data
• Analytics or usage statistics that identify you personally
• Crash reports or diagnostic data

1.2 Information Stored Locally and in iCloud

The App stores the following data locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account:

Game Statistics

• Best scores for each assessment
• Performance metrics (accuracy, speed, efficiency)
• Game completion history
• Personal records and achievements

App Preferences

• Game difficulty settings
• Display preferences
• Sound and haptic feedback settings
• Assessment-specific configurations

Subscription Status

• Whether you have an active subscription (managed by Apple)
• Subscription tier and expiration date
• Purchase receipt validation status

2. How We Use Information

The limited information stored by the App is used only to:

• Save your game progress and best scores
• Maintain your settings and preferences
• Sync your data across your devices via iCloud if enabled
• Determine your subscription access level
• Provide core app functionality

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on your device using Apple's standard app storage mechanisms and optionally synced through your personal iCloud account. We do not operate our own servers for storing your app data.

StoreKit (In-App Purchases)

• Purpose: Subscription management and payment processing

• Note: We do NOT have access to your payment information

iCloud Key-Value Storage

• Purpose: Synchronizing settings and statistics across your devices
• Data Stored: Game statistics, app preferences (as described in Section 1.2)

• Control: You can disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings

4.2 Firebase Analytics (Google)

The App uses Firebase Analytics by Google to collect anonymous, aggregate usage data. No personal information is collected.

What is collected (anonymously):

• Which assessments are opened and played most
• How long sessions last (in time buckets, e.g. "1–3 minutes")
• Whether users complete or abandon assessments
• Which features (Settings, Reminders) are discovered
• Onboarding completion rates and drop-off pages

What is NOT collected:

• Your name, email, or any personal identifier
• Device ID or advertising identifier (IDFA)
• Precise location
• Any data that can identify you personally

4.3 No Other Third Parties

The App does NOT use:

• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Crash reporting services (other than Apple's built-in diagnostics)
• Customer support platforms
• Data brokers or marketing platforms
• Any other third-party SDKs

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You can access or delete your local app data at any time by reviewing your in-app statistics or removing the app from your device.
